There are so many things to worry about when it comes to “deepfakes.” These seemingly realistic videos created by artificial intelligence are reason why we cannot trust what is in front of our eyes. Such platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are contemplating whether or not to address this disinformation format in the upcoming 2020 election.
