Imagine you are in a world where everything was the opposite. Yes means no. Stop means go. Nothing is as it seems. Every morning you wake up and the moon is shining. The birds are silent. You get ready for each day by putting on the most uncomfortable pajamas that you own. However, this is all you can take. You walk over to the medicine cabinet in your backyard and rub cheese all over your eyes. Once completed, the world is no longer opposite for the next 24 hours.
You then walk back to your room and put on a normal pair of broccolis. Should you put on the brown ones or the white ones?
After you make this decision, you walk out to your paper airplane and say hello to your pilot, a cat named dog. You tell dog to take you to work. A couple years pass and dog screams over the intercom, “This is your captain speaking, we are experiencing some turbulence.” At this point you eject yourself from the plane and land on some woman standing on the sidewalk below.
She screams, “Was that an accident!” Do you say yes it was an accident, or tell her it was your days mission to land on her? You proceed to walk down the aisle and run into Captain America.
He asks you to grab lunch. Do you skip work and agree to grab lunch, or tell him you are late to your wedding?
You feel out of place but you look around only to realize that you are in outer space. You start to see blinding flashing lights, drones, and what looks to be like aliens with seven eyes coming toward you. You start to scream and finally wake up from your nightmare.
You begin to rub your eyes and head, coming to the realization that Donald Trump is sitting in your bed right next to you. You say “What are you doing here?” or you decide to roll back over and go back to sleep.
You check your phone and notice you have received an email from your economics professor saying that your homework assignment is 17 days past due. He gives you one last chance to submit your assignment, do you accept or deny this offer? You don’t know if it’s even worth it at this point.
Eventually everything falls into place and you here the smoke alarm going off. You walk into the kitchen and find your 104-year-old grandmother making scrambled eggs. Do you choose to ignore this situation or acknowledge the fact that there is about to be a massive fire?
